Simply, I'm just passing on the savings I receive to those buyers. eBay's listing tools do not designate different shipping quotes for Alaska, Hawaii,  Puerto Rico & US Territories. If you purchase this item & pay for the item without the shipping costs, we will send a short payment notice through paypal to cover our shipping costs. Sorry for any confusion this may cause.
